Spin & Power Classes is an hour workout using Spin Bikes for cardio and Dumbbells for strength training¦I have spent the past seven years writing spin bike programs and perfecting each one of the classes to work my clients to their fullest potential. I have now incorporated dumbbells as part of the strength training needed amongst them and they are all reaching and exceeding their fitness goals. I keep the program short a 10 week commitment and the classes are one hour long. I realized after years of being a fitness trainer that people need five things to be successful at their fitness goals:
- Motivational support
- Proper technique
- A booked appointment
- Quick results
- Constant change
Spin & Power covers all of this and more. A free complimentary class is offered to anyone to give it a try. Neither one of us has anything to lose. It is a start to the rest of your life. We all deserve to look and feel great. I believe in everyone and have dedicated my life to changing yours.
